RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Any unwashed/unworn/unopened item may be returned for a refund within 15 days of purchase. The refund will be given in the form of payment in which it was received, less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Items on clearance are non-returnable.

Items that have been opened or washed or worn, can only be returned if there is a defect in the item. Restocking fees do not apply to defective items. If you have a washed/worn item that you don't want to keep, let me know and I can direct you to some great used diaper swap sites.
Special Orders are not returnable, but again, if you need to sell them, I can direct you to used diaper sites.
Please double check to make sure you provide the correct shipping address, we want to make sure your items make it to you quickly!
SHIPPING:
I ship most items via USPS. I strive to ship all products quickly and in one package, but some items are drop shipped from the manufacturer, and these items will arrive separately from other items.
Local delivery is now available to locations between Kaysville, UT and 1300 South in Salt Lake City. The fee for delivery will be the same as the shipping charges. Please make a note during checkout to let me know you'd like your item(s) delivered, or if you use a method of checkout that does not allow for a note to be included, email me and let me know you'd like delivery. Items will generally be delivered the next business day, although same day delivery is sometimes possible.
