Each item lists a shipping price, that could really add up fast!
Green Peas generally uses a flat rate shipping, so items up to a certain weight will still have the same shipping price. For example, if you ordered three items that each said $6.00 for shipping, the shipping price for all three would still be $6.00 as long as the weight of the items didn't bump the shipping up to the next price on the scale. Accurate shipping will be reflected during checkout.

What do I need to know about Snappi Cloth Diaper Fastener?
The Snappi fastener underwent a makeover in 2006. The basic shape and function remains the same, the only change being that the rings at the end of each leg have been replaced with a solid piece with the Snappi logo embossed on. There is still a crescent-shaped slit at the end of each leg, which not only allows for better grip when attaching the Snappi, but gives the Snappi this EXTRA SAFETY FEATURE. When the Snappi fastener is not in use, fold the thin strip at the end of each leg to the back of the Snappi, and slip over the teeth of the white grip. This acts as a barrier and prevents the sharp teeth from being exposed. NOTE: Keep all Snappi fasteners out of childrens reach when not in use. Snappis available in 9 colors: White, Yellow, Mint, Pink, Pastel Blue, Lilac, Dark Blue, Red and Purple. The Snappi Diaper Fastener revolutionized cloth diapering! Over 50 million have sold worldwide. It is an EASY to use fastener that offers a practical and reliable way to fasten a cloth diaper, replacing the diaper pin. It comes in a variety of colors and is made from a stretchable non-toxic material, which is T-shaped with grips on each end. These grips hook into the diaper fabric to ensure a snug-fitting diaper with enough natural movement for the baby. Snappis WORK BEST with Snappi terry cloth diapers, cotton prefolds (Chinese or DSQ), and other cloth diapers with a loose enough weave for the Snappi to hook into. They DO NOT work well flannel or any other tightly woven diapers, even most hemp diapers. WARNING: 1. ALWAYS use a cover when using a Snappi fastener on your babys diaper. 2. Keep out of childrens reach when not in use! 3. Do not use your Snappi for longer than 6 months. 4. Do not leave your Snappi lying in the sun as it is not UV resistant and can reduce the effectiveness of the Snappi. CARE: Clean your Snappi in hot soapy water. Do not launder them with diapers in the washer as this may weaken the grip attachment. CAUTION: Any tear in the Snappi can lead to separation of a piece, presenting a possible choking hazard. Do not cut your Snappi as this could create weak spots in your Snappi. Inspect your Snappi before each use and discontinue use immediately if there is any sign of cracking, tearing, breakage or wear of the teeth or any other parts. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Snappi fasteners need to be used correctly in order to work effectively. 1. STRETCH the Snappi fastener before its first use. The stretching triggers the 'memory' of the Snappi to return to its original size and in so doing, pulls the diaper together to the middle to allow for a snug fit. This is essential for the Snappi to work properly. This can be done by holding the Snappi in the center with one hand and close to the end of the leg with the other hand. Then s-t-r-e-t-c-h a few times (10 or so). As you do this you should feel how the material 'softens' or gets more elastic. Follow this stretching procedure with each leg. The Snappi is now ready to go! 2. Make sure that the Snappi is ATTACHED SECURELY. It is important that the Snappi 'leg' being attached be stretched across the diaper before hooking it into the diaper. So, Hook Left, Stretch ACROSS and Hook Right, Stretch DOWN and Hook Center In other words, the Snappi fastener should go from a T shape to a Y shape. By following these instructions, the Snappi should be secure, the diaper will fit snugly and the baby should not be able to undo it. ALWAYS place a cover over the diaper and Snappi fastener. The Snappi fastener is manufactured from FDA approved raw materials, a polyester based polyurethane which is degradable on aging through hydrolysis and/or microbiological attack. It contains NO latex or any other adulterant, dilutent or modifying polymers. The composition is 100% polyurethane. It is made in South Africa. Snappi is an inventive solution to the simple problems of diapering. This unique product was invented by a father who experienced frustration changing his own child's diapers. The first Snappi was introduced to the South African market in 1987 at a trade fair where 4000 units were sold within days. Mothers were delighted! Their response to Snappi exceeded all expectations. This product is suitable for new-borns as well as busy toddlers. Snappi is trusted by moms and dads all over the globe. A snap solution to easier parenting.

There are so many options, where do I start?
First, decide what type of diapering system (or combination) you want to use, then keep reading here to learn what you will want to buy to get started. Where do I start? There are many options when it comes to cloth diapering. Cloth diapering can be much less expensive than using disposables or it can be as expensive as you want to make it. Well start off with the simplest (and least expensive) cloth diapering system. This is what I use on my own baby. Prefolds and Covers Unless you are expecting a very small baby (my 8lb baby only wore the newborn sized diapers for two weeks, and he could have worn the infant size right away), start with 2-3 dozen infant sized Indian Prefolds, and 6 covers. You can get by on fewer covers, but with six you should be able to go 2-3 days between washes. Prefolds can be folded in a variety of ways, and then secured with pins or a snappi, or they can be folded in thirds and laid flat in a cover (although I have found this method does not adequately contain my baby's explosions). Fitteds Fitteds also require a cover, but do not need to be folded, since they are already diaper-shaped and generally have snaps or velcro to hold them onto your baby. Fitteds diapers are sometimes preferred on newborns, since it is easier to fit them on such tiny babies. If you are using solely fitted diapers, you will want 2-3 dozen. Keep in mind that newborns need to be changed much more often than older babies, so they will go through more diapers (luckily, there diapers are so easy to wash!). AIO's and Pockets All in one's (AIO's) are the most expensive, but simplest to use. They do not require any covers, it's all built in. The downside is that they take longer to dry. One solution for drying time is the pocket diaper. These AIO's have a pocket in them where you can insert a special pad, or a folded prefold for extra absorbency, and then they are removed prior to washing and drying. Accessories You'll also want a diaper pail (I use a garbage can with a lid that can be opened with a foot pedal) and two diaper pail liners. It's useful to have at least two small wet bags for stowing dirty diapers when you are away from home. The easiest and cheapest way to do wipes is to buy inexpensive baby wash cloths. I keep mine dry, but have a water bottle (the peri bottle from the hospital works great) nearby to wet them. Some people keep their wipes in a wipe warmer with some water. Snappis are much easier to use than pins since there is no risk of poking the baby (or your fingers). I have one, but two would be nice. Flushable Liners are great once babies start eating solid foods, they catch the poop and can be flushed down the toilet (they can be used in disposable diapers too, since theoretically poop in disposables is supposed to get flushed..) Cloth diapering can seem overwhelming at first, but take the leap, and you will see how fun and easy it is. The most important thing about cloth diapering is to do what works for you. If you are comfortable using only cloth, good for you! If you use disposables while traveling, that's okay too. I've found that for short trips away from home, cloth diapers are a breeze as long as I bring my wet bag to carry the used diapers home in. Email me if you have any questions. Cloth diapering is very rewarding, you can do it!

Tell me more about Imagiplay toys?
Kids are the future! If were to create a brighter future for our world, we need to instill environmental awareness in our children. Green toys teach kids to think about where things come from and where theyll goan early lesson in environmental responsibility and responsible buying. ImagiPLAY is committed to the development and distribution of open-ended educational toys and childrens accessories that inspire their imaginations, introduce them to the wonders of the natural world around them, and nurture their sense of discovery. We are equally committed to producing only high-quality products using materials and processes that show respect for our planet and all the people and creatures upon it. Every toy we produce is earth friendly, child safe and people kind. That is our commitment to our children and their planet. Child Safety Child safety is our highest priority. We test every material and paint in our products to insure it meets or exceeds US and European standards. Our Toys are Made from What? Everything we produce is made from renewable, sustainable materials. Rubberwood Our solid wood toys are made from plantation-grown, chemical-free rubberwood. Rubber tree plantations have existed for hundreds of years in tropical countries. Rubber trees produce a sap that is used to make latex products. At the end of their latex-producing years (generally 25-30 years) the trees are harvested and new ones planted. The wood used to be burned, until people realized these wonderful trees had one more gift to give, that of their beautiful hardwood, which we use to make our hardwood toys. MDF (medium density fibreboard) Some of our toys utilize MDF, which is an engineered wood product formed by breaking down softwood particles (sawdust) into wood fibres combining it with wax and resin, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure. In other words, compressed sawdust. Again we are utilizing the byproducts of another industry. MDF is similar to but denser than particleboard and we use it in some of our playsets to create play structures that are thin (lightweight), yet rigid. The MDF we use is formaldehyde free and tested for child safety. Bamboo Bamboo is a fast growing wood-like grass that is fast becoming popular in products ranging from cutting boards, bowls and plates to wood flooring. The beautiful natural look of bamboo is ideal for creating lovely keepsake storage boxes for some of our toys and our designers are busy developing it for use in childrens toys, for which it is ideal because it is lightweight, flexible and strong. Best of all, it shows our children that there are creative alternatives to ravaging our forests. Other materials We are constantly on the lookout for other environmentally friendly materials to develop into high quality toys. If you have any suggestions, please contact us at info@ImagiPLAY.com Minimal carbon footprint Every step of our toy production from seed to shelf is carefully thought out to minimize impact on the earth. Most wooden toys distributed in this country are made from Pine and made in China. The raw Pine is primarily produced in Canada, shipped to China where the toy is produced then shipped back to North America as a finished product! We see this excessive shipping as a senseless waste of natural resources. We select factories that are close to our raw materials to avoid this needless expenditure of gas, oil and greenhouse gases. Our Toys are Made Where and by Whom? We are proud to contribute to the growth of many developing nations by crafting our toys in small, mostly family run factories around Asia. The rubberwood used to make our toys is grown in Southeast Asia, so our rubberwood toys are crafted in Sri Lanka, Viet Nam and some carefully selected factories in China. We have several factories in and around Colombo, the capital city of Sri Lanka. Our factories are placed close to the neighborhoods where our workers live. The majority of our factory workers walk or ride their bikes to work each day. Bamboo is primarily grown in China, which is where we craft our bamboo boxes and toys and some of our Rubberwood toys. We visit every factory to insure: There is no child labor Workers are paid a fair, living wage Workers are provided with a clean, safe environment to work Workers are treated with respect and dignity Only local workers are utilized

What is the difference between Chinese Prefolds and Indian Prefolds?
There are many different names for prefold diapers. They are all essentially the same, and as long as they are diaper service quality (which all the diapers in our store are) you'll be buying a good quality diaper. The main difference between Indian Prefolds and Chinese prefolds is where the cotton is sourced and the prefolds are manufactured. Generally, Indian Prefolds are softer and more absorbent than Chinese prefolds. All prefolds should be washed several times in hot water to reach their full absorbency. To test, after washing diapers, pour a cup of water on the diaper. If the water beads up and rolls off, the diapers are not properly stripped (prefolds come with natural oils from the cotton in them that keep them from being fully absorbent) and should be washed again. I have found that Tide works well for stripping diapers.

I just recieved my Monkey Doodlez Diapers, what should I do first?
The first thing you need to do before you start using your diapers is to give them a wash. We suggest washing on hot with a reduced amount of detergent (appx 1/3 of the recommended amount), and rinse in cold. Go ahead and machine dry, but be sure to only damp dry as extended periods in a hot dryer with very dry fabrics will cause damage and shorten their life expectancy. As the inner absorbent core is 100% cotton, you will find that your diapers will need 3-5 laundering cycles to reach maximum absorbency. My diapers are leaking, what do I do? The most common reason that your Monkey Doodlez diaper may leak is that they are not the right size for your baby. Monkey Doodlez diapers typically measure larger size for size than other diapers, so be sure to check the sizing guide. If you find that there are gaps at the legs or waist, you may find that a smaller size is in order. The next most common reason for absorbency issues is that your diaper may have buildup - either from detergent or creams / petroleum jelly (Vaseline). This buildup of oils coats the fabric, reducing the ability of the diaper to absorb. The easiest way we've found to resolve this is to add 1 tsp of DAWN dishwashing detergent to your wash load. Wash and rinse as normal. Do not add your usual detergent. Depending on the extent of the buildup, you may need to do this twice. This also works extremely well for getting rid of odors, as those are typically trapped in the oils. Your baby may have also outgrown the absorbency of their diaper, and a doubler may be in order. Doublers are simply extra absorbency pads that lay right inside the diaper, increasing the diaper's absorbency. These are fantastic for naps, overnight or just added assurance if you have a very heavy wetter.
